What is the difference between EIFS and stucco?
Traditional stucco is a cement-based coating over lath; EIFS is a multi-layer synthetic system with insulation board under a finish coat. They fail differently and are repaired differently, which is why it matters that the crew knows both.
Can you match my building's existing texture and color?
Yes. Texture matching is standard on repairs, and finish coats are color-matched so patches disappear instead of advertising themselves.
What are the warning signs of stucco water damage?
Staining, bubbling or soft spots, cracking around windows and joints, and finish that sounds hollow. If any of those are showing, an inspection is worth scheduling soon.
